The General Information can be downloaded as a pdf or a Word document.

The Forms to be completed prior to your camper's attendance at camp can be downloaded as a pdf or a Word document. You may complete the Word document and e-mail it back to us or send it through the mail or fax.

The Health History and Physician forms can only be printed out as pdfs. The Physician form must be signed by a physician. 

We offer a Counselor in Training (CIT) program for campers who have completed their 10th or 11th grade of high school. Located below are links for the CIT description as a pdf and the CIT questionnaire to complete as a Word document.
